Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my issue has been accepted?
You'll receive a notification when a leader reviews your issue. You can also check the status in "My Issues" - it will change from "Active" to "In Progress" when accepted.
Can I edit my issue after reporting?
Yes, you can edit your issue as long as it's still in "Active" status. Once a leader accepts it, editing is disabled to maintain transparency.
How do leaders get verified?
Leaders must contact our support team with official documentation proving their position in local government. We manually verify each leader account.
What does the budget field mean?
Estimated budget required to fix the issue. This helps leaders prioritize and allocate resources. You can leave it blank if unsure.
